SUBSTANCE ABUSE PROGRAMMING
Learning Experience in Addictions Prevention (LEAP / MIP) - 0ne day didactic program. First offenders for MIP / drug / tobacco charges with no prior treatment experience.
Fee: $90, Level I Program. Ann Arbor/Livonia/Southfield.
Drug Awareness and Assessment Program (DAAP) – 15 hours of group for high denial, resistant first and subsequent offenders are appropriate for this group. Fee: $300, Level II. Livonia / Southfield / Taylor
Marijuana Weekend Program at Colombiere (Clarkston) - Sat. and Sun. (overnight) intensive program that addresses the unique issues of marijuana use / dependency. Good alternative to incarceration for Violation of Probation offenders / positive urine screens. Fee: $250 Level II
Alcohol Awareness One Day Program – One day (6 hour) program for first offenders with no symptoms of dependency. Class focuses on the Court system, drinking / driving laws and basic alcohol education and treatment options. Fee: $90, Level I Program. Southfield/Taylor
Group Alcohol Insight and Assessment Program - Intensive weekend format. First offenders (including MIP’s). Educational group focusing on effects of alcohol, the law, signs / symptoms of alcohol dependency and treatment options. Fee: $150, Level I Livonia/Southfield/Taylor
Alcohol Weekend Program at Colombiere (Clarkston) - Sat. and Sun. (overnight) intensive program focusing on consequences of abuse / dependency. Good alternative to incarceration for Violation of Probation offenders. Fee: $250 Level II
Alcohol Intercept Program (AIP) – 15 hours of group for high denial resistant clients, repeat offenders, or first offenders with problems / symptoms related to their drinking.
Fee: $300, Level II Program. Livonia/Southfield/Taylor
Minor in Possession Program (MIP) - 6 (3 hour) sessions focusing on underage drinking, binge drinking and drugs (special focus on club drugs). Appropriate group for multiple MIP and teen OUIL clients. Program includes age specific MADD Victim Impact Panel, urine screen and parental involvement. Fee: $300 Level II Ann Arbor / Royal Oak
Renewal Program- 20 week, (1 1/2 hour sessions), focasing on relapse prevention, cognitive skill building and development of client plan for on-going abstinence. Clients should have had proir exposure to substance abuse education / treatment. Appropaite for dug / sobriety court clients as a step down program following residential treatment; or clients presenting with moderate to high risk for relapse. Fee: $25 / group Level III
PAGE - Personal Assessment Growth Experience - 20 weeks, (1 1/2 hour sessions), for repeat offenders and probation violators. This program utilizes interactive journaling and cognitive skill-building to assist clients in identifying belief systems and thinking patterns that have led to on-going criminal behavior. A personal plan for change will be developed by each client. Fee: $25 / group Level III
Out-Patient Substance Abuse Treatment - Individual couseling for those clients in need of addressing issues in addition to substance abuse.

DOMESTIC VIOLENCE / AGGRESSION MANAGEMENT PROGRAMMING
Domestic Abuse Early Intervention Program (DEFUSE) -1 session designed as a condition of bond. Focuses on DV laws and what the defendant can expect throughout the Court process. Defendants usually attend within 1 week of their arrest. Fee: $20, Livonia only
Domestic Abuse Intensive Assessment Program (DAIP)
-Weekend Program-
Education/assessment group focusing on client accountability for their violent behavior and identifying changes that need to be made.
Fee: $200, Level I Livonia/Taylor
Domestic Abuse 26 Week Follow-Up - Interactive small group focusing on changing attitudes, behaviors and belief systems. Must complete weekend program prior to attending follow-up sessions.
Fee: $25 / group Level II Detroit/Livonia/Southfield/Taylor
Women’s Domestic Violence Program - One-day format, (Saturday), followed by 26 weeks of group sessions.
Fee: $100 / 1 day session Level I, $25 / follow up Level II Livonia
Aggression Management Program (Non-Domestic) - One day (6 hour) group followed by 10 group sessions. Focus is client accountability and identifying non-aggressive ways of communicating with people other than partners. Fee: $100 Level I $25 / group Level II. Livonia/Taylor
ECONOMIC CRIME PROGRAMMING
Economic Crime Program (ECP) - 6-hour program (one day). Didactic format, focusing on first time offenders. Retail fraud, embezzlement, NSF, larceny charges are appropriate referrals.
Fee: $90, Level I All ETRS locations.

Positive Options (PO) – 10 session interactive small group format, focusing on identifying motivations for repeat shoplifting / retail fraud behavior and addressing the need to make positive changes. Fee: $300, Level II Livonia
SEX OFFENDER PROGRAMMING
10-Week Misdemeanor Program - For offenses such as Indecent Exposure, Urinating in Public and Soliciting.
Cost of 10 week program is $300 Livonia/Taylor.
Felony Sex Offenders Program - Open-ended program. Length of program based on individual client need. Weekly group sessions, average length of attendance approximately 5 months.
Fee: $50 / group Level III Livonia/Taylor
ADJUNCT SERVICES
Jail Programming– ETRS has developed and facilitates a number of on-going in-custody programs at the Dickerson Detention Center, (Wayne County), focusing on substance abuse, domestic violence and criminal behavior. We continue to be involved in these jail programs through grant awards.
Random Drug Screen Program - Case management and drug screening of clients. Includes intervention appointment when indicated by positive screens. Fee: $30 / screen
Alcohol Screening and Assessment - Interview by State licensed assessors. Fee: $100
Drivers License Appeal Division Assessment (DLAD) – Evaluation conducted by State licensed assessors for pending license restoration hearing. Fee: $200. Ann Arbor/Livonia/Southfield/Taylor
Driver Behavior Program - 1 session (71/2 hours) focusing on changing inappropriate driving behaviors and attitudes.
Fee: $90 Level I Southfield / Taylor

Educational Programs
Alcohol Education- A 12 hour intensive program for those adults experiencing substance abuse related problems, but not meeting the criteria for substance
abuse treatment. Focus is on increasing one's awareness of alcohol and the associated emotional, familial, legal, financial and related risks and/or
consequences. Presentations include lectures, handouts, self-assessments, group discussion and MADD Victim's Impact Panel. FEE: $150.00
Alcohol Education Level II- This program is designed for individuals either potentially at risk of developing an alcohol problem or showing signs or
symptoms suggestive of an established alcohol problem. The program meets for six weeks, three hours per session (18 total hours). Focus is on decreasing
denial and/or minimization, introduction into the recovering community and an educational series addressing alcohol related issues. Presentations
include guest speakers, lectures, individual assessments, group discussion and handouts. FEE: $225.00
Alcohol Education (One Day) - An 8 hour program designed for individuals who are not in need of intensive education and who do not meet the criteria for substance abuse treatment. Focus is on increasing insight and understanding of the effects of alcohol on the body and the associated risks. Presentations include lecture, handouts, group discussion and individual substance abuse assessment with recommendations. FEE: $75.00
Drug Insight and Awareness- A 6 hour pro-active group providing education, support and referrals regarding substance abuse related issues. This educational series is primarily for individuals potentially at risk of developing a drug problem. Focus is on increasing one's knowledge, awareness and understanding regarding the effects of drugs on the body and their associated health, emotional, legal and economic risks/ consequences. FEE: $75.00
Drug Intervention and Assessment Program. This program is designed for individuals who are potentially at risk of developing a substance abuse problem or for individuals who display symptomolgy consistent with problematic use. This program meets for 5 weeks, two hours per session. Focus is on decreasing denial, increasing one's awareness, enhancing coping mechanisms and introduction into the recovering community. Presentations include guest speaker(s), elements of the disease, videos, self-assessment and group discussion. FEE:$125.00
Anger Management- A 4 hour interactive educational group providing education, assessments, role-playing, support and referrals. Emphasis is on
aiding in the development of adequate coping mechanisms, identification of triggers and conflict resolution skills. FEE: $100.00
Follow-up (Anger Management)- Weekly sessions meeting for either 4, 8 or 12 weeks, proving extra support for those clients in need. These sessions are one hour in duration. Focus is on continuation of coping skills, hassle log, power and control wheel and decreasing denial and/or rationalization. FEE: $20.00
Domestic Violence - This program is an 8 hour intensive, pro-active group for individuals displaying aggression, violence and abusive behavior. Focus is on accountability, behavior modification and decreasing blaming. Presentations include videos, role-playing, interactive group work and didactic sessions. FEE: $125.00
Domestic Violence Follow-up- The follow-up sessions meet for either 12 or 26 weeks, meeting one time per week for one hour per session. The focus is on addressing respect, non-threatening behavior, trust, support and honesty, enhancement of coping skills, economic negotiation and parenting skills.
FEE: $20.00
Positive Strategies for Life (economic crime)- This program is designed for first time offenders convicted of embezzlement, retail fraud and other
property crime. Focus is on accountability, alternatives and positive decision making. The format consists of group discussion, self-assessments,
behavior modification techniques and future planning strategies. FEE: $75.00
Positive Strategies fo Life Follow-up- Two programs meeting for either 4 or 8 week sessions, 1 hour per session. The follow-up sessions are designed for
individuals convicted of a 2nd property-related crime or for those individuals in need of a more intensive educational program. Focus is on
decreasing blaming and rationalizations, improving coping and communication skills, enhance problem solving techniques and financial, legal and
emotional consequences. Presentations include group work, guest speaker, video presentation, lectures and role-playing. FEE: $20.00
Traffic Safety- A 4 hour educational program for those clients displaying either risky or inappropriate driving techniques. Focus is on
accountability, safe-driving skills and the law. Presentations include numerous videos, lectures, handouts and final test to gauge understanding of
material presented. FEE: $75.00
Minor Awareness- A 4 hour educational and interactive group designed specifically for minors. Focus is on increasing one's awareness of alcohol and drugs and the associated consequences/effects/risks. Presentations include use of FATAL VISION GOGGLES, lecture, age appropriate vides, self-assessments, group discussion/interaction and role-playing. FEE:$75.00
Additional Services
Substance Abuse / Circuit Court Assessments- Designed to establish a client's needs and areas to be addressed. Focus is on delineating the level of alcohol and/or drug use by the client; assessing level of minimization, denial, rationalization recommendations and referrals based on assessment.
FEE: $100.00
DLAD- Driver's License Evaluations. A substance abuse assessment for submission to the State of Michigan. Designed to gauge the extent of past
and current alcohol/drug usage, utilization of screening tools; referrals and recommendations. FEE: $150.00
Outpatient Counseling- An educational and counseling program for those adults experiencing substance abuse related problems. Focus is on addressing family of origin issues, decreasing level of denial, enhancing coping skills, building self-esteem, identifying triggers and introduction into the revoering community. Initial session fee: $75
Individual session: $45 Group session: $25 Sliding scale available
Random Drug Screens-Random Drug Screens for those clients who need additional monitoring for compliance. All tests are completed either Clinically or following Chain of Custody. Fee: $30
